Problems feeding my Xbox One

at the moment of lighting, the power brig is white. After a few seconds the console becomes obsolete afterwards refuses to put itself under tension. I unplug the wall socket a certain time reconnects it back under tension the same situation is repeated. I use a translator to comunicate excuse me if the meaning of my text is a little
