Problems downloading my captures

I am confused to if you are trying to upload captures from your xbox to xbox live, or download captures from xbox live to your xbox.

I believe there is a limit as to how much you can upload, so if trying to upload maybe look at deleting some old clips you probably have some that you are done with I know I do.

If your trying to dowload captures from xbox live to your xbox, check how much available storage your xbox has, if you also have external storage connected check to see if you are downloading to the external storage or your internal
storage, (you want which ever is not already full)

You could also attempt stopping and restarting your upload or download

So, I have the same problem.

I have bought an External Storage to salve my games, captures and video captures. Also, I use the Windows Xbox App to download these captures and put on my computer.

To get it from your computer go do Windows Xbox App >> Captures >> Xbox Live

I am very sorry for what you are going through, Yes, game captures on Xbox Network are also saved in the internal storage of the console.

In fact, screenshots are always saved to the console's internal storage, even if they are not uploaded to the Xbox network.

This means you can download game captures from your console even if you no longer have access to the Xbox network.

To download game screenshots from your console, follow these steps:

Open the Guide.

Select Capture and Share.

Select All Captures.

Select the capture you want to download.

Select Download.

Game screenshots will be downloaded to the "Captures" folder on your console.

If you want to delete game captures from your console, you can do so by following these steps:

Open the Guide.

Select Capture and Share.

Select All Captures.

Select the capture you want to delete.

Select Delete.

Deleted game captures will be permanently removed from your console.

What I do is capture my game with Xbox capture . Then Go to my captures on xbox app or xbox.com. Download them to my pc and edit them then put them on youtube . Easy way to by pass everything complicated.

The same here with all my games since 1 week

I notice i have a lot of problem to access to my video capture ( upload) since 1 week too ...

I have no connection problem ( no problem to download game or watch youtube and all the connexion test are ok )

But i have a very big problem to communicate with the cloud ......
