    Problems downloading/installaing/uninstalling to reinstall Zheros


    Have been struggling to download free games with gold Zheros for the xbox one. The game would not "play" ie. kept returning to the xbox main front menus... I thought to remedy this by uninstalling - but game wouldn't uninstall. Tried to "move" game from
    external to internal harddrives, made no difference. Have tried to redownload by going into store and confirming purchase. Zheros then appeared to be installing but message "installation stopped" - This continued on all attempts to redownload.... Repeated
    the process yesterday and installation made it to 100% and Zheros appeared twice on my games (once on internal drive and also on external) but then got error code (0x800700002).

    The game still won't "play" and still won't uninstall properly.

    Skype crashes

    I was using Skype without any problem and then it crashed without warning earlier today. First I tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it but no luck. Then I rebooted and even then it would not work. What's up with it?

    We would recommend uninstalling the game, then when you reinstall, login with your new account. Sorry for these problems!

    Same here it just goes straight to can't install...what gives ?

    Having looked online, I believe it may have something to do with a registry problem.... However the game is unable to uninstall properly ie. does not disappear from my console. Therefore installation is unable to be achieved when I start again, all I get
    then is "installation stopped".

    The cold/hard restart suggestion I have seen doesn't work.

    This is not an issue for any other content I have installed on the One.

    Any other advice?

    Try to installa https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9WZDNCRD1HKW and see if that solved your problem.

    Achievements Problem

    I´ve the same problem. Since yesterday evening I unlocked 6 Achievements in 3 games (Mortal Combat, Hyperdrive Massacre, Zheros). Status is also "Done! Unlocking". Tried restart, reinstalled the games, cleared Cache adn deleted my profile. The xbox Support
    reffered me to this Forum. Hope you can help.
