    So I purchased ea sports fc 25 (I was playing fc 24 at the time and bought it through the game) however there doesn’t appear to be any way to download the game any help appreciated

    Please check to see if your game purchase is listed in your order history via this website

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    If you can't see it, make sure you choose the "All Available" filter and that you're logged into the correct account.

    if you manage to locate the purchase with the status "Completed", restart your console and go to My Games and Apps > Full Library > Games you own

    There you can download it.

    Problem can be caused that EAS FC servers was shutted down for mainteance or they was suspended by EA Sports.

    Reach level 5 in the EA SPORTS Football Club (8)

    This will come by playing the game. Anything you do (playing matches, completing VP Accomplishments, starting up the game, completing challenges) will earn you XP. You need 5000XP for level 5.

    EAS FC Starting 11 30

    Reach level 20 in the EA SPORTS Football Club (21)

    Same as EAS FC Youth Academy, but for this one you need 48,691XP.
