Problems downloading Borderlands Handsome Collection.

My friend ( in United Kingdom ) wanted to pre-order/download the Borderlands Handsome Collection so it's ready for this Friday.

He went to the Xbox Store, clicked on the game, payment went through ok and here some 'possible' issues have started.

It said there were 2 games in the queue. It started downloading Borderlands Pre-Sequel, it got to 3% then he received a message ....
"Something went wrong, 0x0" ... and then the game was put back to "Queued"

It then started downloading Borderlands 2 ( currently at 80% ) but during the download he has had 3 more messages ...
""Something went wrong, 0x0" ...
then carries on downloading.

We have both searched for this error code, it seems there's a few posts where people have had this on other games, latest we see was Battlefield Hardline, some say with this message it corrupted the file and when it came to release day it didn't work so we
are unsure whether just to let it download or stop and try again?

Any help would be gratefully received!

I know the release dates where wrong for the U.K. pre orders for Borderlands on the store so this may be why there's some issues.

I'd let it carry on downloading tbh.

It's finished downloading Borderlands 2 now but just concerned why the error message flashed up a few times.

It then went back to downloading the Pre-Sequel, so far no more error messages and it's just got to 29%.

 

you may want to try in going into setting mange storage and then goto manage games and then deleat your game form the hard drive and then try re installing the game again.
