    I am trying to download Bayonetta(360 backwards compatibility) on my xbox one through my xbox live account, it will not let me continue keeps asking for" please add a payment instrument" however, I have already a payment card regsitered on my account.

    Please help, I loved this game!

    Xbox One losing exclusives to PC?

    I think Bayonetta 2 isn't holding up well in Japan. I've read a news article about that the other day. But I think it's a early sale problem but who knows, maybe Nintendo doesn't care about Bayonetta 2.

    Can't download games

    So I'm trying to download one of the new free games with gold, Bayonetta. I can't download it using the Xbox one market place because it says I can't make purchases from Xbox.com so I'm trying to use me 360. My 360 doesn't have enough memory to even start
    downloading bayonetta, so it won't even put it in my ready to install for Xbox one. Any fixes?

    To claim xbox 360 bc games for xbox one you need a valid method of payment linked to your account like a credit card or paypal

    I use only one tag, mine. Im in Costa Rica. But i downloaded other games like Bayonetta and Gears Of Wars 2 usings Microsoft points without problems.

    Why they let me pay it, download it, but not play it?
