Problems downloading and syncing data on games

So,I've been having a problem where all games I download end up in the "apps" tab,and won't start,not even by going to their store page and clicking "play".

This is rather frustrating seeing I've spent a full day and night downloading 90 gigs of Skyrim Online for it to not start.

AND,all games except the 360 ones aren't able to synchronise my data,being stuck in the initial loading scene forever.

There is one thing I'd like to throw in here as 'food for thought'.

I would much rather someone... anyone (not specifically pointing @ Dufful) actually call it what it is... a DDOS attack. Yes, it's very true that many people may not know exactly what that is... but I'd much rather explain what it is 100 times if/when people
ask than have people panicking and thinking "OMG! XBL is hacked! what will happen to my personal info!?"

I say this from personal experience. When I hear 'hacked' my first thought is stolen information. Awhile back, before I knew what a DDOS attack was... the first time I heard DDOS attack, I thought "what is that?" and I asked. JMPO, but it just seems to me
that it would be less likely to cause people to panic and more likely to help educate people that way. Just sayin'.

Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If that doesn't work and after doing it try uninstalling/reinstalling one of the games that is not working.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If that doesn't work and after doing it try uninstalling/reinstalling one of the games that is not working.

Yea the game is broken. It can't sync latest save data and has no achievements. I've even re-downloaded it and that still hasn't fixed the problem.

Update: Managed to download 2 games. Seems like the problem is in my internet connection (maybe router ports?) as the download started when switched to a data hotspot. Still cannot play any games because I'm stuck on a loading or syncing data screen, and cannot play using my data allowance.

Same problem here. Seems to be a problem syncing the game data. App updates are all completed and ditto on windows updates. I'd say the problem is on the XBOX Live server side

You will notice the account does login. It just borks on downloading the game data.

Also tried going into the Xbox app, letting it login and then accessing the game app directly from there. Same problem.
