problems downloading and playing games

Discus and support problems downloading and playing games in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Xbox was fine till about 4 or 5 days ago and and now it' just like stalled the games won' download or update and I can' even go into any of my games...     Xbox was fine till about 4 or 5 days ago and and now it' just like stalled the games won' download or update and I can' even go into any of my games it goes in to some then kicks me out saying something about service "sorry looks like our service isn' working
    right to check Xbox live service status go to " and like a link to support so I did the 1o second reset tried it and it didn' fix anything I did the half reset that gets rid of everything except games and that didn' work them finally factory reset it and guess
    what didn' work most of my games are on a harddrive so they should still work but they doing the same thing and it's annoying me I can' update games or get into any help pls

    Can i download the same game on 2 hard drives?

    Are you planning on downloading a digital copy of the game? If so follow the advice of Onyx. If you are downloading a physical copy of the disc then you will have no problems downloading the game to any HDD and playing it.

    Check ur xbox live gold and/or gamepass subscriptions expired?

    This says Xbox Support which is why I even used my time to type this out. This is just so inconvenient I rarely even play Xbox at all anymore because of it. I don't even know If I want to keep paying for it anymore it just doesn't seem worth it if they aren't
    going to fix it.
