Problems downloading after recent beta branch update

After the recent beta updates I've been having this issue with downloading certain things. At first it only happened with apps such as the Microsoft store, blue-ray player and mytube. The issue I'm having is some seemingly random things refuse to download and stay at 0% and it just says installing. As of late Minecraft has had this same issue but oddly enough no other games do it. I have tried resetting my Xbox uninstalling and reinstalling (Which doesn't change anything except for the fact that I don't have it anymore.) waiting for new updates using the report a problem feature and nothing seems to fix it. Any ideas?
