    Problems Connecting to Xbox


    My Xbox one will be turned off. I open the xbox app on my computer and tell it to turn on my xbox. My xbox will turn on, but then it refuses to connect to my xbox, saying that it is not on the same network, but it is.

    Upon turning on your Xbox On (physically or remotely), have you tried going through the Add a Device option again? Sometimes if seems like things de-sync especially after console/app updates. If this doesn't work can you provide us some detail on how your
    network is set up (Ethernet cable or wireless, automatic IP versus manual IP)? Thanks,

    The computer app will turn on my Xbox, and when I try and pair the computer and the xbox it says its not on the same network, but they are both plugged into the same router.

    This is not really a FH4 problem but a Xbox problem. It is just that fh4 uses the same connection as xbox live and party connection
