Problems connecting to Xbox Live

So recently when trying to get onto Xbox Live i have had problems. So when I power on my console it would usually just sign me in, but now it says I am logged in but not connected to Xbox live. I sign into Xbox live and i can see my dashboard and everything
looks fine, but when i try to open my Xbox Guide, I cannot load my parties, messages, or friends. Nothing loads. I keep getting a white screen with the loading circle until a error message pops up saying "Some Xbox Live content is currently unavailable at
this time, please try again later. Error code 80072ee2." So I searched the error code and it turns out this is a downloading problem, and I havn't downloaded anything for weeks. I even tried doing to solutions to this and nothing worked. Please can someone
help. Thank You.

So i ran a test and everything is good. But before I get started, I got another message saying now error code 80075b4. So here are my results. Sorry most of the other things i do not know.
