    Problems connecting to XBox Live


    This morning my son tried to log into Fornite and got this error code: 0x903f9008. This error code isn't recognised on the Microsoft site. It appears to be a problem with connect to Xbox Live. The device is connected to the Wifi and we have switched it
    off and on again like it requested. We have also reset the console, rebooted the xbox and uninstalled Fortnite (but obviously can't reinstall it as we aren't connected to Live).

    We keep going round in circles following the instructions on the screen but nothing is helping. We also got another error code along the way: 0x87dd001a.

    I did get notification online that Xbox Live were having problems, but then I got a message about 11.06 this morning to say they had fixed the problem yet we still can't connect.

    Please can anyone help - my son is driving me mad as he is missing Fortnite!!

    There could be many reasons you are experiencing connection problems. Try the connection troubleshooters from:

    http://support.xbox.com

    Then browse down to Xbox Live and select:"Connect to Xbox LIVE and troubleshoot connectivity problems"
