Problems connecting to internet using Xbox360.

Hello,

Last week, I was using my xbox and playing online as usual but I was requested to go offline to download something and since then I am not able to go on line again. I have tested my connection many times and every time I do it I have an error and I can't
even connect to the internet. I am using a wireless connection.

I have already tried each and every suggested solution that Microsoft have given me. I have also tried to manually set up my connection in the xbox settings, but I was not successful, my xbox still did not connect to the internet.

Each and every machine at home can connect and surf on the internet but my xbox can't. What is going on? Can anybody help me solve this problem?

P.s. Using my computer I have already tried to "ping" my xbox and I could do it, it means that my xbox is actually inside my network but it can not connect to the internet. It is really weird to me, only last week it was normal.

P.s2 I have a lot of ports added to my NAT table, it can't be a NAT problem at all (I think).

Make sure you detailing out any troubleshooting steps that you've taken up to this point, so that we don't post up solutions that may only echo back to us.

Sounds like a router problem mabe from an update etc. If you tired everything to fix it and still have problems. The best way is to reset everything and test opening ports etc in your router. Also search for your router model to troubleshoot xbox problems
might help. What router/model are you using? I like Linksys the best.

I have had this same problem, all that I needed to do to fix it is to power down my Xbox360 using my controller. Then unplug my router, wait five minutes, plug it back in then power my xbox360 up again, and the Internet connected fine. After having to do
this twice, it has worked fine. With no more problems, Hope this helped.

It might be you internet connection. Check your internet connection here:
http://speedtest.net/

And please what type of internet are you using ?

Make sure you also update you xbox360 that might also cause it to be lagging
