Problems connecting to everything since latest system update

HELLO- ever since i updated my console to latest version (non preview) I have been disconnecting from parties, and have not been able to stay in a single online game with other people. It lags me to a session by myself in GTA5 for instance. In Black Ops
3, it disconnects me completely. My connection has been fine for xbox one and 360 for years. My other devices function perfectly. I cannot stay in xbox live parties for more than 2 minutes. I updated a couple days ago when this update first came out, and ever
since NOTHING ON XBOX ONE WORKS MAN!!! please help

Cannot update new system update

Hello runescape, Try the following and let us know if any of it helps or not. The latest update was quite large, around 190MB. Does your console have anough space? What size hard drive do you have?

Cant read the update from xbox 360 slim hard drive.

The update could not be downloaded from Xbox LIVE. Try the following:

1. Try installing the update again.

my xbox is not on xbox one the network is coeecet but the xbox live is not correct.

Well the router and modem is what we need ...99 times out of 100 , disconnections are the router , settings or firmware ....they last update may have exposed that for some routers... especially wireless. ..

 

Im also North East. Same problem. Xbox one drops me in mid game them can't see my router. I do hard reset yadda yadda try again. Same problem. No other systems connected but other devices work fine and continue working fine as always but Xbox one has been
Severely problematic for days. My internet provider is fantastic and their tech could only advise checking in with MS.
