    Hi,

    I've got strange issues recently with my Xbox-one.

    The controllers blink.

    When tried to sync with the contoller sync button, the led flashes quick, while when pressing the console sync button-nothing happens.

    Tried connecting the controller with micro-usb cable to the console. when doing that it works (while connected) but looses the sync while disconnecting

    the cable...

    I've checked batteries - in/out for 15 min as found on some posts - no change..

    Did anyone run into such issue - have idea how to fix it?

    No problems connecting controllers to either of my xbox ones.

    Press the sync buttons & it's all done.

    Xbox Controller Sync & Powering off from after pressing sync button five times....

    My sync button turns off my Xbox one X and won't connect any controllers.

    When controllers do connect they disconnect and flash.

    Had this problem since beginning of February.

    yes that is right no controller is working on the console. this problem started suddenly one night I was playing normally, next morning, the controller lost connection and the Xbox console sync button did not work.

    controller connection issues

    Make sure to press the connect/sync button on the console and then within 20 seconds press and hold the connect/sync button on the controller. Ensure that the controller is within a few feet of the Xbox 360 you are trying to connect to. If that doesn't
    work, try and change batteries, using a different controller battery pack, or try a rechargeable battery pack (if you have one). Please let us know if this fixes your problem.
