Problems connecting into game. Server problems?

Your first action when you suspect server issues is to go to
https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status to check the Xbox Live service status.

If necessary, check back after a few minutes, if the issue just happened, and they need some time to update the status.

That page will give you most up-to-date information about what the servers on Xbox Live are doing.

If you are unable to play multiplayer games from a certain company (for example FIFA, Madden, Need For Speed with EA's servers is giving you trouble, but Call of Duty whose servers are run by Activision work), you might have to check the publisher's support
websites (in this example, where FIFA and Need for Speed aren't working you would contact EA support. If only Call of Duty games don't work you need to contact Activision).

Try restart your Console and router + re-install internet connection in Xbox Dashboard.

There was a service alert recently so that could be why you were experiencing an issue. I would hard reset your console by powering it down and unplugging it from the wall for 10 seconds and then plugging it back and try playing these games again. If you
continue to have issues let us know.

Make sure Firmware is updated as well, it might be good to clear memory on your router as well (unplug and plug back in).

I had a similar issue a few months back and couldnt figure out a fix so i rang my ISP (Virgin Media) and they came out and did a few checks and replaced my Hub and it fixed the issues with the disconnects.

Have you tried using Ethernet cable to see if you get the same issues?
