Problems changing my account e-mail

You can change the e-mail (the answer is YES!!!)

You go in your account go to your register and change the e-mail (warning!!! if you want to change the e-mail that e-mail don´t have be atached whif no account in XBL, because you can´t use the same e-mail for 2 accounts).

If you don´t have that problem is just change and wait the e-mail of confirmation

And go to WLA management and use the remove account tool for the Unwanted account

If you have already use the e-mail you want in the "unwanted account" you have to do a little marathon...first go to account you want to delete and change there the e-mail (put a non used e-mail, just to speed up the process you can open a new e-mail in
some free e-mail service...after changed now you can change the e-mail in your "main" account and put the e-mail you wish and after changes the e-mail of both accounts you can dlete the Unwanted account by WLA if you cant knok the adress go to xbox. com account
management and in the low page option you have account management there you can manage your account.

Just to confirm, you never verified your current primary email alias correct and you are stuck at the "Before you add an alias, we need to make sure you can verify ____________" etc.? If so, please go to
account.live.com/addassocid and you can add another email there and this should bypass that page. If not, try this link:
account.live.com/rename From there, just add an email you have access to then follow the prompts to verify it.

the problem is with the e-mail account connected to my account. I need to update it to my current e-mail but i cannot login to the current e-mail connected to it, causing a whole heap of problems for me.

When I saw the title I thought it was going to be a harassment problem...

If that old e-mail no longer exists, create a new e-mail and change the WLID on the Xbox LIVE account to the new e-mail.

Okay, I tried to call sometimes and, by the third time, a man told me that the service is not working correctly since monday and that the problem is not with my account. However, as I said before I changed my account e-mail but when I log in on my xbox 360
on the upper left side where my Gamertag is shown, the e-mail that shows up is the old one, even thought everywhere else shows my new e-mail. Could that be a problem?
