Xbox One controller issues and Microsoft's negligence

Day one controller and another controller bought in the first week of console release....neither have any problems. Sorry for your problem, and good luck. I suggest that buying a new controller will be cheaper than a whole console system.

Xbox One Wireless Controller problem.

It seems there isn't much to do in that sort of situation, I would suggest, just buying another controller, used or new. I'm sure it wont cause any more problems.

Sounds like it's the controller causing the issue not the xbox. Buy a new controller or before buying a new one, try a different controller and see if the problem is still happening

I think the problem is with the controller not the console I suggest to use another controller to see if does the same problem or buy a new one.
