Problems between my Xbox Home Partner an me

Hello. I have a good friend of mine and we decided to do this Xbox Home Partner thing, so i downloaded his profile on my console and he download mine on his, but every time he turns on his console he signs in with both account. So i got disconnected from
Xbox Live in the meantime. My question is how could we prevent this issue? Why the console sings in with both account at start? Is there any way to set a primary profile for it to sign in even if he has downloaded mine as well?

Xbox One is Anti-Consumer

I have two xboxes in my home. My partner and I each have one and play different games on them. We buy double discs on things that have online multiplayer. but for games that are strictly single player we buy one and share it between the two xbox's and each
of our profiles. This new xbox is discouraging purchasing more than one box in a home. We also don't have cable tv so everything about being able to switch back and forth between tv and game is irrelevant to me.

My character got stuck once between some furniture. I had to reload from my last save. Also, my partner would not always follow me to the car, so I just left him.

Hi there,

You can change account sign-in options at anytime by following the steps here: Change Your Sign-In Preferences on Your Xbox One

If you don't want an account to auto sign-in on a console, don't select the option (I think it's Make it fast...Make it magic, or instant sign-in).

Oh we got this. My friend assigned an additional controller to my profile, that's why he always signed in mine as well. Problem solved, thy guys!

Hi,

Everything for the home Xbox is set up correctly because they share and play other games which have been bought on my partner's/the home Xbox. The only game we have issue with is the siege because I bought it via my son's account. My partner doesn't want to play siege but if my son wants to play siege and my partner is using his Xbox/the home Xbox for another game, my son's account appears as if he doesn't own siege. If my partner isn't on his Xbox, my son can play siege.
