    Problems after I changed my password


    Hey,

    I changed my password for my MS-Account and now, my x1 tells me evertime I turn it on, that there was a problem and I must type my password again. This is very annoying, because I need to type it every time with the controller...

    Have anyone an idea how to fix it?

    I changed all my passwords after that email. I also changed my security proofs just to be sure.

    Problems after I changed my password

    Settings>remove profile - remove your profile

    then go to "add new" and add your profile again and when its asking for security select "make it easy"

    Hello n3 de, for your concern, please go to setting>>sign in, security and passkey>>password at sign-in>>cancel (if you like to have the console remember your password)

    Being prompted for Microsoft account password to sign in every time.

    I was having the same problem. I went to:

    Settings

    Sign in, security & Passkey

    Password at sign-in - here I change to "Sign in with password", went back in and change to Save my password.

    This fixed the problem for me.

    My problem started after I changed my microsoft account alias yesterday.

    Yea, I should have replied after I posted. I found a topic where someone changed there password, so I tried that. My problem was that I wasn't able to get the live website to text message my phone.

    I was able to change my password on the xbox.com website, after that I had no problem getting the text message from the live.com site. Then I was prompted to change my password again, after that everything has worked.
