    Problems accsessing servers in minecraft for switch


    When going to the servers tab it keeps saying "you cannot join cross platform games without both a Microsoft account and nintendo switch account, sign in with both accounts to join servers" even though i am already logged in and it was working perfectly fine before. I've logged out, closed it, logged back in, turned the switch on and off, renewed my switch online membership, deleted data and redownloaded it, nothing seems to be working to fix it, and I havent been able to find anyone else with the same issue, any help would be appreciated

    Are you signed in using your Microsoft account? If that's the case, would you please try to sign in to your Microsoft account through the Xbox website and Microsoft website. If you are able to sign in without experiencing any issues, we highly suggest reaching out to Nintendo Switch support to check this issue from their end.

    My microsoft and minecraft account thinks im on computer even tho im on a i pad + it says im logged in on my profile but when i join the app im still logged out

    thank you that helps with on promblem now the second part… it thinks im on pc and because of that the minecraft page offers me to buy minecraft bedrock+java even tho i already have the minecraft bedrock app on my i pad

    Also a question to the if promted part mean if promted allow microsoft to accsess the minecraft app or the minecraft website
