    Problems accessing Xbox Preview Dashboard


    Hi there,

    I've been sent here by Lailani of Xbox Support.

    I've been a member of Xbox Preview for quite a while (since E3 2015) and for some reason I cannot access my Xbox Preview Dashboard app. I get a message saying "This app is for the Xbox Preview program members only. Lailani has confirmed that my account is
    still associated with the Preview Program and so we don't know what's wrong. Anyways, we were sent here to sort it out, any advice or help is greatly appreciated.

    Latest bad xbox one update

    The preview forums have a feedback section were people are meant to post the problems they are experiencing from preview updates. Unfortunately some people do have problems accessing them.

    Xbox One Preview Dashboard Removal

    Hi there you can do this yourself by accessing the dashboard preview app, by selecting unenroll so when the next preview update rollsout you wont recieve it.

    Message on home page that does not exist

    My problem was solved by the recent dashboard update. It was a video message sent by someone that was part of the dashboard preview. I was not part of the preview and could not access the message until now.
