problems accessing purchased content

I still have this problem. I cannot access content that I purchased.

Are you trying to access the packs on the same console or on different consoles?

When you download content it is tied to the gamertag that purchased the content as well as the console it was purchased on. All profiles can access the content if they are on the same console that the content was purchased on. The gamertag that purchased
the content can access the content on any console as long as it is signed into Live.

No. When you purchase content it's tied to the gamertag that purchased it as well as the console it was purchased on. You would have to have access to the original account that purchased the games in order to access the content on the new console.

Having a problem access content I purchased in 2011. When I open Games for Windows Marketplace I receive the error, "There was a problem retrieving you purchase history. Please sign out and try again later."
