perche' nessuno ci risponde mai? a chi ci dobbiamo rivolgere per questo assillante problema di connessione oramai continua anche mentre si gioca?

fino a ieri riuscivo tranquillamente a connettermi a xbox live e giocare in rete...oggi invece quando vado a connettermi mi fa fare un aggiornamento e poi mi dice impossibile eseguire l'aggiornamento:codice di stato 351f-0000-3080-0502-8007-2af9!!!che vuol
dire????come posso risolverlo????

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Let's have you first power cycle your console if you haven't already. The next step would be to reset your router/modem—you will need
to unplug the power cable for that, wait 15-20 seconds, then plug it back in.
