Buongiorno. Vorrei accedere al mio vecchio account Microsoft (la vecchia mail non esiste più). Mio figlio accede alla sua Xbox One con la vecchia mail, ma non si riesce ad accedere all'account dal telefono. Come posso fare?

To access your Xbox Live account and other Microsoft services, you need to know the email address and password you used to set up your Microsoft account. Xbox Support can’t provide this information, even if you know your gamertag.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend going to the
account website and sign in there. just to make sure you can sign in. Then remove your profile from the Xbox,

power cycle the console. Then when it is back on re-download your profile.
