certaines fois, a l allumage de la console xbox one, je rencontre les problemes suivants : mes connexions sont bien mais la console n arrive pas a se connecter au compte. on peut alors lire la mension "il y a un probleme pour obtenir ce contenu en ce moment".
comment regler ce probleme ?

Hey there la terreur4! Can you give us more details as to what exactly is happening? Can you not remember your password? Or is it giving you the wrong password error?

I would try these steps:

"Step one: delete your profile from your console. Just delete the profile not the account.

Step two: Clear the system cache by hitting the xbox button (center); go over to sytem tab; select storage; select your hard drive and press Y. Clear cache.

IMPORTANT!!! You have to clear the cache 3 times!!! Or it won't work.

Now click the xbox button (center) and select download profile.

You will have to use your live email account and password to complete this. It does work."
