Bonjour. J'ai un club sur xbox one et depuis l'été dernier il y a régulièrement des problèmes qui empêchent de poster car en fait il est impossible de visualiser les posts comme si le club se bloquait. Cette fois-ci ça fait 2 jours que le problème
dure et d'autres clubs sont touchés. Pouvez-vous réparer ces bugs ? Merci d'avance.

We suggest a reset of the console since the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a

Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

There is a stable network connection.
The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Plus this has the added benefit of pushing through any available updates. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

Is this occurring on the console only, or has this occurred through the Xbox website or maybe even the Xbox App on IOS/Android or PC?

Pour la réponse votre question c'est sur la Xbox.
Pouvez-vous résoudre ce problème de réseau de la xbox live définitivement?

Short answer no, to do a
soft reset it restarts the console back to factory settings but it will not delete any games or apps. The only downside is that it will kick off any and all profiles. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!
