Bonjours jai un probleme avec ma xbox je narrive pas a aller dans l'application microsoft rewards des que je lance l'application le chargement et assez long et sa me sort de l'application automatiquement sans aucun message d'erreur j'ai contacter microsoft
on a essaye plusieur manipulation mes aucune de sais manipulation a fonctione c'est pour cela que microsoft ma envoyer vaire vous j'aisper que vous aller pouvoirs faire quelques chose merci d'avoir regarder mon message et de me recontacter au plus vite cdl

Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support.

We've noticed that there have been issues with the Microsoft Rewards App these past couple of days.

The App issues coincided with a recent update that took place, so they might be related.

If you haven't done so already, I would suggest
Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Microsoft Rewards App.

Try that and let us know if that helps!

It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

For Rewards problems you'd actually contact Microsoft Rewards support, not regular Xbox support. There's a contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
