    Bonsoir, je vous contacte suite un problème que j'ai depuis un moment maintenant presque 1 an je viens de contacter le support qui ma envoyé vers vous.

    Le xbox live rewards permet de gagner de l'argent fictif dans un petit porte monnaie sur xbox live en achetant des jeux cependant au cours de l'année j'ai acheté plusieurs jeux et je n'ai jamais eu accès cette argent.

    Je suis membre depuis le 14-03-2016 vous pouvez vérifier j'ai acheté plusieurs jeux depuis et maintenant qu'il y a les soldes j'aurai voulu dépenser cette argent pour m'offrir le pack bioshock qui est en promo pour 25€.

    Pouvez vous m'aider ?

    I thought it was the other way around that xbox rewards was turning into Microsoft rewards.

    Na, what we using here are called "Live" rewards, the other one is called Xbox rewards/Microsoft rewards(what we bout to switch to).
    Actually this is the Xbox Live Rewards program. What it is being switched to is Microsoft Rewards. There is no Live Rewards.
