Bonjour,

Je fais parti du lot de ceux qui rencontrent un soucis d'installation de Forza 4.

Avant de venir j'ai pris le temps de tester pas mal de choses qui n'ont rien donnés entre autre la commande " wsreset.exe " en mode executer.

Rien y fait, le téléchargement ce lance et affiche des tailles de fou comme 290.1 Go. Le téléchargement ce fait jusqu’ un certain point, ensuite la valeur de la taille augmente sans fin mais le téléchargement ne fini
jamais.

J'ai testé prendre la version démo et pas de soucis, téléchargement normal et installation et elle fonctionne nickel.

Mes autres jeux idem.

Cela fait plus d'une semaine que je tourne en rond, perd un temps infini sur cette installation en monopolisant ma petite ligne adsl.

Je viens ici pour espérer trouver une réelle solution a mon problème qui ne semble pas être unique.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. A lot of great information is available regarding Forza Horizon 4, including issues with installation and gameplay, on our Forza
Horizon 4 FAQ page. In addition to the great advice previously provided by our Ambassador, Chief Joboo, you may also want to try a

clean boot to your Windows 10 device as well prior to installation.

First, I would suggest stopping the download, rebooting and then starting it again if this is not a internet speed problem.

I would then suggest you to run the apps troubleshooter included within Windows OS manually by following the steps below and check if the issue persist.

In many cases, the Windows Store will automatically notify you if there’s a problem with an app and try to fix the problem. If you continue experiencing problems with an app, this tool can automatically identify and fix some problems with apps and
the Store.

Type troubleshooting in the search box next to
Start icon and select the top most search result.
Click on View All from the left hand screen panel.
Scroll down and select Windows Store apps,
click on Advanced option and check
Apply repairs automatically option.
Follow the on screen instructions.

Also, I would see your internet download speed such as on
Speedtest.net And see if that is the cause of your long download time. The game is at least 90GB, so DSL may take a long time

I would also suggest checking all windows updates as well.

There is a powershell command that resets the store but I think it's too early for that at this point.
