Bonjour tous.

Je souhaite remonter un bug sur le marketplace de Xbox.com:

je veux prendre Sine Mora (actuellement gratuit pour les Gold). Lorsque je clique sur "Confirmer l'achat", le logo vert de chargement se met tourner...indéfiniment. Et rien ne se passe. Impossible d'avoir le jeu. J'ai essayé sur des navigateurs différents,
même résultat.

Sur xbox one, je ne peux pas le récupérer.

Pouvez-vous m'aider ?

When I click on "Confirm purchase",

the green loading logo starts

to rotate ... indefinitely.

And nothing is happening.

Impossible to have the game.

I tried on different browsers, same result.

On xbox one, I can't get it back.

Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with completing a purchase for a game available through Games with Gold. To troubleshoot this, please try performing a

power-cycle on your Xbox One.

You don't need a Xbox360 to claim the game. If you go here
https://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/Product/SINE-MORA/66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d80258411234 and just get the game, it may state it's for Xbox 360, that's because the store is for the Xbox 360, not the Xbox One. But the game will still show up on your Xbox
One.

Hello Miss Portia yes i have cleared my console's cache and then uninstalled and reinstalled to no affect however i can play the game if i dont sign in a profile?

Hey NastyRide! Thanks for posting your work around. It does in fact sound like there might be an issue with your hard drive. One thing you can try is downloading another title approximately the same size as Fez, then download Fez. Let us know if it changes
anything.

MJ HUSTLE - Can you try the work around listed by NastyRide? Namely, try installing the game onto a USB Flash Drive and let us know if you are able to play it without issue.

Ok so I cleared the cache... uninstalled... re-installed... NADA!! so I then moved the file to a formatted USB drive and tried playing it from that.... works fine... So I'm thinking my Hard Drive either needs re-formatting or replacing?

Strange because it's only slow on newer downloads... all previously installed games run fine?? and I have at least 49GB left free??...

It'd be a pain in the **** to have to reinstall 40 games and their add ons just to reformat :/

I'll play it from the stick for now I guess?
