Hello,

Je dispose d'un écran Samsung de résolution 3840x1080 ainsi qu'une Xbox one S

Cet écran est branché en HDMI sur ma console, et l'image apparaît mais elle est "écrasée", déformée.

J'ai été voir dans les paramètres d'affichage de la console pour modifier la résolution de ma console mais ce n'est pas possible

J'aimerais savoir s'il existe une solution pour régler ma résolution en 3840x1080 et disposer d'une image de bonne qualité.

La Xbox One ne prend actuellement pas en charge les écrans grand format.
Le seul rapport de format pris en charge est 16: 9, soit 4k, 1440p, 1080p, 720p.

All Xbox One consoles and games are only designed to work with the 16:9 aspect ratio. No Xbox console is designed for ultra-wide displays, as that's mainly for PC gaming. I'm
not sure where you got your information about the Xbox being able to support 3840x1080, as it should only do up to 1080p on this particular display.

By "distorted", do you mean the picture is completely stretched over the length of the monitor? There should be a setting on your monitor to compress or fit the image into the intended size.
