Problème pour acheter un DLC sur Xbox one

Bonjour,

j'adore BO2 zombie du coup j'ai essayé d'acheter le DLC Revolutions qui contient la suite du mode zombie, j'ai donc mis 20,00 euros de crédit sur mon compte Xbox, et lorsque sur le marché Xbox j'essaye de l'acheter, j'obtiens le message: "Votre compte ne peut
pas effectuer ce type d'achat sur Xbox.com. Veuillez exécuter cette transaction partir de votre Xbox."

Du coup j'ai essayer de l'acheter dans la boutique du jeu mais j'obtiens un autre message "Le contenu premium n'est pas autorisé pour ce profil" avec une icône de croix rouge et ils me demandent de changer les restrictions de confidentialité (qui sont toutes
au mis a "autorisé").

Du coup j'ai essayé de l'acheter sur une Xbox 360 mais j'obtiens encore un autre message d'erreur.

Sachant que j'obtiens les mêmes problèmes lorsque j'essaye d'acheter Nuketown Zombies.

Bref, besoin d'une solution, que faire ?

Oui j'ai le même problème avec le jeu des Lapins Crétins auquel ma fille jouait sur la 1ere xbox one. J'ai reçu la xox one X, j'apprends qu'il y a un adaptateur acheter. 2 semaines après, j'apprends que microsoft ne fabrique plus l'adaptateur.

Ils ont évidemment attendu que Noël passe pour faire cette annonce.
