Bonjour ,a chaque fois que je fais une demande d echange de points rewards je reçois un mail comme quoi vous avez rencontre un problèmes .Comment faire alors pour avoir mes points rewards en carte cadeau xbox

Mais je viens de contacter le support d'Epicgames, il y a 2 jours, ils m'ont répondu que cela n'était pas de leur faute mais celle de Microsoft.

Cela n'est pas dans la capacité d'Epicgames a me donné mes V-bucks.

Donc je vous recontacte pour que cette affaire se finisse au plus vite.
