Bonjour, aujourd'hui j'ai décidé d'offrir Resident evil 7 Gold edition un ami. Il a bien reçu le jeu et la suite de ça j'ai voulu l'acheter pour moi aussi, mais le problème c'est que malgré avoir assez d'argent sur le compte, le paiement a eu une erreur.
J'ai donc retenté mais avec paypal, et de nouveau une erreur, malgré ça, j'ai eu 50 euros de prélevé sans avoir eu le jeu, j'ai donc besoin de votre aide.

Update after tried to call the support, i live in france and they are closed 24h/24, and the two paiement are notified on my bank account but not on the xbox history so i can't request a refund...

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Hello i've already tried to call or have a tchat with the support but its closed because of Covid 19 and the forum was the only way to talk about my problem... so i don't know what to do about that

If you are trying to make the purchase through an internet browser I would first suggest you try using another browser just incase this is causing the issue.
