Je sais que ce forum est normalement en anglais, mais je n'ai trouvé aucun endroit ou faire un message en français.

Je vous contact après avoir appelé votre service client (n° dossier : 131 073 7789) au sujet de votre offre gamerscore qui se déroule en ce moment et qui récompense normalement la fidélité de vos clients.

J'ai bien était sur votre site pour faire la demande de mon code réduction. Cela me dit qu'il a bien était envoyé, mais je ne l'ai pas reçu.

Hi ! I've recently found that I could have up to 110€ discount on a xbox one thanks to my gamerscore. So I went to xbox.com and checked the page to get my discount. I logged in and they said that my code had been sent to my mail address (I did it the day
before yesterday). Today, I went back on the mail address linked to my GT and I didn't find any mail with the code. I went back to check the page and it says that the code had already been sent but I have nothing.

After purchasing a 1TB XboxOne with promoting gamerscore ( http://www.xbox.com/fr-FR/offre-gamerscore ) I haven't received my code for the game Gears of War Ultimate edition .
