    Hello,

    I bought the xboxone has a few weeks there. And I have a problem of

    infernal sound in my tv, ca made tactactac, furthermore on certain games

    the sound of the voice is out of step with the mouth of the characters

    of the game, it is ridiculous, I am extremely decu by this console. The

    Xbox 360 was brilliant in every respect, but the Xbox one S me decoit

    too much. I would ask you almost for a compensation to reconcile me with

    this console

    Xbox 1 Kinect Calibration

    I have a sound bar that runs the length of the bottom of my TV...until I moved the kinect above the TV I had problems, now it works great.

    NO SOUND!

    When my xbox is plugged into my tv using a HDMI cable, I have no problems with sound. But when I plug my xbox into my dad's tv, there is no sound. How do I fix this?

    Resetting my Xbox didn't help this movie and tv app problem when i watch my tv show then go to different TV show then I go back to that tv show there no sound this only app have a no sound problem I even clear persistent storage didn't help but all

    Can't hear sound from one tv but i can from the other?

    i have tried that before. my slim xbox will only have sound by random, it will either have no sound while turning on or it will have sound than it will make a funny noise and then cut. the slim will work on my 22" TV no problem but not the 32" TV. However
    my old xbox will work on my 32" with no problems at all. my slim used to work with my 32" no problem but it stopped working and had to use my old TV. i have tried different settings but no luck.

    I have the same problem here

    I test with another hdmi cable and another port on my tv

    Its the 2nd unit (XXS)

    I did not have this problem with the first unit

    It started in August-September

    Then they changed the unit because of another problem but the previous one started with this sound.

    The new unit since day 1 keeps the sound problem.

    From my tv and a sound bar has the same problem.

    Just had to say.... I've had to disconnect the hdmi from the xbox as the sound was just too much. Plug the sky box into the TV and problems sorted. My setup is sky hd box --- hdmi to xbox ----hdmi to tv. Sound is an lg sound bar on an optical cable direct

    I have the same kind of problem. My TV worked great with the Kinect - volume up, down, everything. It still works if I go through the TV setup. Problem is when I added my surround sound system not only was the Xbox unable to control (even though the model
    # was listed) but I cannot get it back to control my tv. SInce it cannot control my surround sound system I'd like to have it control my tv but I can not remove the surround sound system from the setup. So I have no way to conotrol volume now.
