    Bonjour,

    Je rencontre un problème déj cité dans votre forum, mais les réponses apporté par la communauté ne résout pas mon problème.

    Lorsque je rejoins un groupe de tchat vocal sur l'application Xbox, mes compagnons entendent un bruit strident mais ne m'entendent pas. Je peux par contre très bien les entendre.

    J'ai essayé de résoudre le problème en changeant l'échantillonnage de mon microphone dans les paramètre son de windows 10, comme conseillé par certains membres de la communauté qui ça avait réglé le problème. Mais malgré tout, je n'arrive pas augmenté cette
    fréquence. Lorsque je le fais, la valeur revient toujours sa valeur initial, c'est dire "16 bits, 44100 HZ (qualité CD)", en plus d'avoir un message d'avertissement me disant qu'une application risquait de s'arrêter si j'effectuais un changement. J'ai
    alors décoché "les modes exclusifs" qui devrait me permettre de changer la valeur. Mais rien n'y fait, le message d'avertissement n'apparaît plus, mais la fréquence d'échantillonnage de mon microphone ne change pas pour autant, elle revient sans cesse sa
    valeur initial.

    Du coup, mon problème sur l'application Xbox persiste, et mes compagnons entendent toujours un bruit infernal.

    De l'aide s'il vous plaît, Microsoft / Xbox support ? La communauté ? Quelqu'un ?

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to ensure that we provide the correct solution. What is the make and model of the headset that you are using? Are you adjusting the frequency of the headset through the Windows settings
    or the Xbox app? Can you please send us a screenshot of the headset settings? Have you attempted to use a different headset? Please make sure there is no personal information included in the screenshot. Be sure to let us know the results!
