Problème lors de l'installation d'un jeu du xbox game pass sur windows 10 (Problem...

Bonjour, je m'en remets a vous après avoir été en relation avec le service client téléphonique qui n'a pas pu vraiment m'apporter de réponse précise..

J'ai récemment souscrit au xbox game pass sur le microsoft store sur mon ordinateur (sous windows 10, a jour et presque neuf donc vierge de toute application susceptible d'entrer en conflit avec le store).

J'ai réussi a installer deux jeux du pass, a savoir forza h4 et sea of thieves (je précise, on ne sait jamais). J'ai encore largement assez d'espace disque dur pour installer d'autres jeux / applications.

Toutefois, lorsque je souhaite installer un autre jeu du pass, c'est impossible. Une fenetre s'ouvre, m'affichant ce message : "il semblerait que vous n'avez pas d'appareil(s) approprié(s) associé(s) votre compte microsoft". Et impossible de sélectionner
quoi que ce soit ou d'effectuer une quelconque opération.

Je précise également que je suis bien connecté au store avec mon id micosoft, le même id avec lequel je suis connecté directement sur l'ordinateur.

Lorsque je souhaite installer un jeu gratuit, depuis la page d'accueil du store (donc pas dans le game pass) j'arrive a l'installer sans problème.

j'ai vu sur internet que je n'étais pas le seul a avoir eu ce problème mais impossible de trouver une solution, les discussions n'en apportent pas. Je lance donc une bouteille a la mer afin de savoir si quelqu'un qui peut être a déja du faire face a ce problème
a trouvé une solution.

I recently subscribed to the Xbox game pass on the Microsoft store on my computer (on Windows 10, a day and almost new so Virgin of any application likely to conflict with the store).

I also specify that I am well connected to the store with my ID Microsoft, the same ID with which I am connected directly to the computer.

When I want to install a free game, from the homepage of the store (so not in the game pass) I manage to install it without any problem.

I saw on the Internet that I was not the only one to have had this problem but impossible to find a solution, the discussions do not bring. So I throw a bottle to the sea in order to know if someone who may be has already faced this problem found a solution.
