Je possède une manette Xbox one Bluetooth intégré, avec laquelle je joue sans problème depuis un peu moins d'un an. Depuis environ un mois, ma manette n'est plus détecté par le Bluetooth de mon ordinateur. Le problème étant que lorsque je souhaite supprimer
le périphérique manette je ne peux plus la reconnecter elle est introuvable. Quand je déconnecte mon Bluetooth ordinateur, et le reconnecte, le périphérique manette réapparaît "connecté" même si la manette est éteinte, puis affiche "couplage" puis "couplé"
et rien. Je peux répéter l'opération l'infinie sans que rien ne change. Mon ordinateur détecte les autres périphérique Bluetooth tel qu'une enceinte Bose, j'ai également testé de connecter ma manette un autre pc, via le Bluetooth tout marchait. Il semblerait
qu'il y ai un bogue entre mon pc et la manette, mon pc ne veut pas oublier ma manette quoi que je fasse, elle réapparaît en "couplé" sans pouvoir faire quoi que ce soit. Dans l'attente d'une réponse favorable, merci.

Thank you for your reply. Though it's been a month now and i've tried pretty much everything I could. I have done several updates since i had this problem, and I always keep my computer up to date. I also have updated the bluetooth drivers and the controler
drivers. I even tried to uninstall my bluetooth module and reboot my computer but still nothing. Thank you for your time, wishing you can find a solution to my problem.

 

So how long is it gonna take for me to have an answer ?
