You can always Get notified through the Xbox live service status page or the Xbox Support Twitter page (Don't worry you don't need a twitter account to view the updates.

Hopefully it's not much longer for these services to be back up and running.

My Xbox gone crazy again after installing Fifa 19.

I uninstinstalled Fifa and everything is good again.

The problem was Fifa 19 I think. Thanks EA...
