    bonjour, ma console est connectée a internet mais refuse de se connecter au gold, j'ai tout essayé relancer ma co, éteindre compétement la console, la débrancher etc ... mais rien n'y fait aidez moi s'il vou plait

    J'ai un problème avec mon abonnement xbox live gold: quand j'entre le code dans ma xbox il y a marqué "Ce code est déj utilisé" alors que c'est la 1er fois que je l'utilise.

    J'ai déj essayé toutes les instructions marquées sur le site xbox concernant ce problème mais ça ne marche toujours pas. Aidez-moi SVP

    Bonjour, je viens d'avoir un problème avec mon abonnement Xbox Live Gold, j'ai renté mon code dimanche ( 28 mai 2016) et cela trés bien marché jusqu' maintenant. En effet j'ai voulu jouer un jeu qui nécessite un abonnement Gold mais ils m'ont renvoyé
    au proposition d'achat des abonnements. J'ai donc redémarre ma xbox One mais le problème persiste. Mais cependant j'ai pue y joué ce matin sans problème...

    Pouvez vous m'aider svp ?

    try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

    J'ai fini par prendre Tekken 6 en passant par la Xbox 360. Par ce biais, aucun problème. Ca ne marchait toujours pas sur
    marketplace.xbox.com, aujourd'hui. Un ami a le même problème. Si quelqu'un pouvait remonter le problème aux équipes du site...

    J'essaierai nouveau dans quelques jours pour les prochains jeux Gold. J'espère que c'est un problème qui ne va pas se généraliser plusieurs jeux.

    I ended up taking Tekken 6 via Xbox 360. No problem by this way.
    It still didn't work on marketplace.xbox.com today. A friend has the same problem.
    If someone could report the problem to the website teams ...

    I will try again in a few days for the next Gold games. I hope this is a problem that will not be generalized to several games.

    English: Does your Xbox LIVE account have gold membership? If not that maybe the problem.
