Probleme gamertag

Bonjour je possède une XboxOne et mon Gamertag est . A cause de ce pseudo je n’arrête pas d'avoir des insultes sur mon compte le souci est qu'il faut que je paye 10.00€ pour pouvoir changer alors que ce n'est même pas moi qui est choisi ce pseudo.
Quel solution me proposer vous pour resoudre ce problème. Merci

Gamer profile issue

Problem solved created a new sdult profile and linked it old gamertag. Then changed settings and now can play online!

Gamertag Problems

edit, when i check on xbox.com it comes up as "Your request could not be completed at this time. This gamertag is not valid."

If your current Gamertag is the default one that was assigned to you when you signed up for Xbox Live, you can still change your GT for free once. If you aren't sure how to do that,

Nothing can be done for you really. You might be able to call customer support, or pay to rechange it. Most likely it was user error and you just switched the cap on the letters.

If you're being harrassed, then you should file a complaint and block communications with those gamers. There is no way to get a free gamertag change.

if a gamertag is never connected to xbox live, ever, on a 360 it is a local profile. you cannot use that on other devices.

you would need to connect it to live (xbox live free is fine) and then sign into it on the lumia
