problème forza horizon 4 pc

Bonjour,

Voila j'ai acheter Forza horizon 4 il y a déj 2 jours de cela mais impossible de lancer l'application.

Quand je lance l'application j'ai ce message "Pour plus d’informations sur Forza Horizon 4, consultez le Windows Store."

J'ai déj essayé plusieurs méthode pour résoudre ce problème mais pas réussi.

-réinitialiser l'application

-réinstaller l'application

-désactiver le pare feu

-mettre jour mes drivers graphiques.

-mettre jour windows store et windows.

-etc

j'ai essayer plusieurs application et le problème persiste qu'avec cella la.

Merci de votre retour car je n'ai plus d'idée et commence un peu désespérer.
