    The message of error is : Vérifiez les instructions fournies avec votre code. Vous devez peut-être l’échanger sur une page web différente.



    Is not ok on xbox and on microsoft web site

    Have you a solution ?

    Xbox 360 Live disconnects and error codes

    Modem is a Ubee DDW2600 wireless and I use Comcast for internet. The network connections test always is fine, no NAT problems or any error codes there.

    Are you having trouble using the Xbox One Online features?

    This is of course part of the launch growing process but it's being reported that Xbox One users are having issues with accessing multiplayer, redeeming their Xbox Live codes and using Squad Assualt in COD: Ghosts. It's official because Microsoft has put a message about the problem on the Xbox Live Status page. I doubt that the problem is going to last that long though, Microsoft will probably have it fixed in a few days.

    Problem with game, this code was used.

    situation like this: I bought xbox in US bundle including that game "dance central sport rival and zoo". sport rival and zoo are working, I active in US both that game. but in my country in Georgia one time it was actived but after reset I cant download
    full game.

    what can I to do?

    Is it a 9 digit code or a 25 digit code? 9 digit codes are for microsoftstore.com. You would have to make the purchase there and it gives you the option to add a promo code during checkout. You would have to contact their customer support for issues with
    entering the code.

    25 digit codes are Xbox codes and would be redeemed to your account before you make a purchase.
    It's a 9 digit code. When I go the Microsoft store site and try to purchase it, it brings up the store app from windows 10. There is no place to enter the 9 digit code. only the 25 digit ones
