bonjours j'ai un soucis avec une facture xbox live voila ma carte visa et enregistré et j'ai une facture impayé alors que je ne voulais pas le renouvellement de mon abonnement j'aimerai surprimé ma carte visa pour annulé cette facture merci

when you are charged for something you did not purchase, be sure to check this account.microsoft.com if you see the transaction for that charge.

If it is there too, then you can try to contact Xbox Support, they might be able to refund you the item, but be sure you change your password etc too.

If the transaction isn't on that site then it might be best to contact your bank/credit card company to see if they can reverse it.
