    Problème double prélèvement bancaire


    Bonjour, j'ai précommande Call of duty black ops 4, mais j'ai été prélevé 2 fois, 1 fois pour l’édition Deluxe, 1 fois pour l’édition "Basique"

    J'aimerai savoir comment me faire rembourse l'edition "Normal" du jeu.

    et rechercher dans votre historique de facturation l'élément que vous souhaitez rembourser. Notez la date et le numéro de commande.

    Ensuite, rendez-vous sur
    xbox.com/refund
    et remplissez le formulaire de demande, y compris la date et le numéro de commande. Si la page ne se charge pas, assurez-vous d'être connecté

    and search your billing history for the item you want to refund. Record the date and order number.

    Then please go to
    xbox.com/refund
    and fill out the request form including the date and order number. If the page does not load then make sure you're logged in at
    xbox.com and then try the refund page again.
