    Bonjour,

    J'ai récemment fait l'acquisition d'une xbox one et je voulais jouer bo2 dessus. J'ai donc mis mon CD, tout roule etc, et lorsque je veux choisir ma map de zombie, je me rends compte que je n'ai aucun DLC alors que je l'avais acheté sur la 360. Où est-ce
    que je peux le retrouver ?

    De plus, je l'ai acheté sans faire exprès dans la boutique sur la one alors que je ne le voulais pas, comment puis-je me faire rembourser ?

    To request a refund just follow the steps here.

    Anything you own will show as owned in your purchase history. If you bought the DLC with the same account it will show there or appear as owned in the Xbox store.
