Bonjour, ayant eu un code pour télécharger halo wars 2 sur mon pc (avec le compte xbox ), il m'est impossible de le Télécharger sur mon compte MICROSOFT eliot musset alors que les deux sont liés. Es-ce parce que j'ai changé d'ordinateur? En
tout cas peut importe les manips même si les comptes sont liés impossible de télécharger halo wars 2.

En tentant de rentrer le code , il m'est indiqué que quelqu'un l'aurait déj rentré.IL m'est donc impossible:

-d'installer le jeu via mes comptes xbox et microsofts même si les deux ont déj joués au jeu dans le passé se jeu ( et qu'ils sont liés)

-de rentrer un code que j'aurait déj utilisé ,dans le passé ,sur un autre ordi ,MAIS SUR MON COMPTE.

Cordialement ça me saoule de parler des robots rien ne battra le contact humain.

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and check the status of that game code that you're trying to redeem.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issues installing a game from disk. We recommend to try the

troubleshooting for installing disk. Especially solution 2 where it says to install offline.

Solution 2: Take your console offline and install the game

Take your console offline, cancel the download, and then power cycle the console. After you successfully install the game, go online and let the update download.
