Mais je viens de contacter le support d'Epicgames, il y a 2 jours, ils m'ont répondu que cela n'était pas de leur faute mais celle de Microsoft.

Cela n'est pas dans la capacité d'Epicgames a me donné mes V-bucks.

Donc je vous recontacte pour que cette affaire se finisse au plus vite.

Sorry for the issue with the V-bucks. As that is in game currency there is a ticket you can submit if you have not received the V-bucks. Microsoft/Xbox has no way of giving them out, due to they are from Epic games. You can request a call back and see what
a support agent can do for you. Any refunds will have to be done through the website

request a refund form.

Dsl mais si vois avez plus expérience comme vous mentionnez et de conseiller de changer de console ce n'est pas un conseil intelligent , premièrement comme il a mentionné seulement ce jeu cause problème si le problème est un problème matériel et non logiciel le problème serait récurent avec la console sur d'autres jeux également ,et je suis dans la même situation que lui et ma console fonctionne parfaitement bien aussi appard avec MW3 qui cause problème et ce problème je confirme que cela est un problème Logiciel et que ce problème doit être corriger par un mise a jour
